Programme Coordinator
  1. Daily Office Work co-ordinations like checking emails, attending meetings, phone calls, internal messaging setting daily goals, managing to-do lists, organizing schedules, typing, filing, data entry, printing, and processing documents, working on specific tasks, reports, or deliverables.
  2. Assisting with plans and developing robust backward and forward market and financial linkages for FPOs clusters and SHGs
  3. Liaising effectively with diverse stakeholders, including government departments, agribusiness companies, donors, and other partners, to build a supportive ecosystem for organization’s development projects
  4. Providing assistance/hand-holding support for farmers, artisans and SHGs product branding to market online and off-line for artisans  farmers & SHGs produces, interacting with business stakeholders, making participation of artisans, farmers and SHG members into Govt. sponsored Melas, exhibitions and Govt. schemes for their livelihood generation.

The candidate must typically need to possesses the followings

  • Education:A Graduation degree in Commerce/Science or BSW/Rural Developments
  • Experience:Significant 3-5 years experience in the development sector, specifically in any cluster development projects, with a proven track record of successful program implementation in the agricultural ecosystem.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of government schemes, agricultural market trends, Computer  and online marketing proficiency.

  1. Overall leadership and developing program roadmaps aligned with the organization’s long-term objectives for FPOs, Clusters, SHGs and sustainable development.
  2. Overseeing multiple interrelated projects, managing interdependencies, and ensuring all projects meet their milestones, budget, and quality standards.
  3. Guiding the formation, registration, and capacity building of FPO members, Board of Directors (BoDs), Cluster’s members & their portfolio-members, SHGs and field teams to ensure effective governance and management.
  4. Assisting and preparing sustainable business plans and developing robust backward and forward market and financial linkages for FPOs clusters and SHGs
  5. Liaising effectively with diverse stakeholders, including government departments, agribusiness companies, donors, and other partners, to build a supportive ecosystem for organization’s development projects
  6. Implementing Monitoring Information Systems (MIS) to track, publish and documents like magazines, books leaflets, still photography, Videography which editing into short-reels and documentary films of the daily progress and performance of organization’s development projects like FPOs – others Clusters and SHGs developments and submitting regular, comprehensive reports to leadership of the organisation and funding agencies
  7. Providing assistance/hand-holding support for farmers, artisans and SHGs product branding to market online and off-line for artisans farmers & SHGs produces, interacting with business stakeholders, making participation of artisans, farmers and SHG members into Govt. sponsored Melas, exhibitions and Govt. schemes for their livelihood generation.

The candidate must typically need to possesses the followings

  • Education: A Post-Graduation degree in Social Science, Agriculture, Agribusiness Management, Rural Management/Development, or an allied field.
  • Experience: Significant 3 years experience in the development sector, specifically in institutional building or FPO promotion projects, with a proven track record of successful program implementation in the agricultural ecosystem.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of FPO operations, legal and statutory compliances, government schemes, and agricultural market trends.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English Hindi and the relevant local language (Bengali & Assamese) is often required for effective community interaction and documentation.
