The “BOSUNDHARA” have established new memorandum of association (MOA) and articles of association (AOA) with legal headquarters domiciled in the canton of Coochbehar, West Bengal. We have obtained tax exemption status like 80G and 12A of Income tax authorities of India and registered under NITI-AYOG & CSR, Govt. of India.
